Together, Together - Huanchengxin's 10th Anniversary Outdoor Team Building Activity

Years are like songs, wind and frost are like paintings, and ten years have passed in the blink of an eye. Huanchengxin ushered in its tenth anniversary. Over the past ten years, Huanchengxin people have worked hard and forged ahead in the fierce market competition, accepted the baptism of the market's wind and rain, and achieved fruitful results. In order to celebrate this special day, from November 13 to 14, 2021, the tenth anniversary outdoor team building event with the theme of "Together and Together" was held in Hebao Island, Zhuhai.

A person can go fast, but a group of people can go further. This team-building activity aims to improve team collaboration, enhance the key value of employees, effectively expand the potential of employees, cultivate a positive and enterprising attitude towards life, enhance team cohesion and overall centripetal force, and enable everyone to actively integrate into the big family of the company.

Ice-breaking session

Move your body and refresh your spirit! Under the guidance of professional development teachers, the development activities started with an "ice-breaking" activity for all members. From unfamiliar to familiar, from shy to active, we opened our hearts and fully devoted ourselves to the team-building activities.

Team style display

We were divided into six groups and received team tasks. We brainstormed to come up with team names, slogans, and team flags. Everyone was fully engaged and creative; especially the classic slogan of the "Wolf Warrior Team" "Invincible, invincible!" shouted out the fighting spirit of Huanchengxin's courageous progress; and the "Advanced Production Team" shouted "Advanced Intelligent Manufacturing, World Leading", shouting out Huanchengxin's determination to build a world-leading manufacturing enterprise from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing".

Highlights

Every team-building activity, such as time travel, the unbreakable forest, and the island hike, is a wonderful showdown of wisdom and passion! Under the seemingly calm and peaceful weather, the team-building activity is actually a competition of perseverance, brainpower, and physical strength.

Bonfire Night

Accompanied by cheerful music, the bonfire party kicked off in the night. A bonfire ignited the passion of all the staff, and golden sparks jumped in the middle of the square. The joyful atmosphere was instantly ignited, and Huanchengxin's partners danced a long dragon around the bonfire. Accompanied by the cheerful beat, the atmosphere continued to sublimate, allowing everyone to truly feel the warmth of the company family.

Looking back on the past, we are on a new journey. General Manager Luo Jineng delivered a speech at the party, sharing with everyone the ups and downs of Huanchengxin's ten-year history, expressing his gratitude to the old employees who have never left and accompanied him for ten years, and explaining the profound connotation and significance of the theme of this team building "One Heart, One Walk", and made an in-depth analysis of the company's positioning and business environment, and encouraged all colleagues to maintain their enthusiasm, improve efficiency, and work together towards future goals while realizing their personal ideals. After ten years of continuous development, Huanchengxin has gone from the difficult and hard struggle in the early days of its entrepreneurship to becoming a leader in the field of SMT solder paste printers and placement machines. We have made our own achievements in the SMT industry, but Huanchengxin's pace of progress will not stop, and the spirit of Huanchengxin's people will not stop. Huanchengxin will continue to work hard on the road ahead, continue to work together, and win the future together! At the same time, I would like to thank all employees for their hard work, and I firmly believe that Huanchengxin will be more brilliant in the future.

Drawing a blueprint together

On the morning of the second day, each group had to work together to complete a giant Nazca painting measuring 8m x 12m. Under the direction of Luo Jineng and Yan Fuping, each group worked in an orderly manner, concentrating on the painting, working together to achieve the same goal. Everyone was the author of the painting, and they worked together to create the painting. In just one and a half hours, the painting was presented before our eyes.

Mission accomplished

When the activity reached the superior circle, at this moment, there was no "XX Team", no winner or loser, everyone was a collective, formed a circle, pulled the ropes in their hands tight, and completed 888 challenges with passionate music and mutual encouragement from partners!

After experiencing the joy of success brought by dedication and courage, everyone deeply felt the essence of "collaboration, innovation, and breakthrough", and realized the interdependent relationship between individuals and enterprises, between superiors and subordinates, and between colleagues, thus inspiring the team to have a higher enthusiasm for work, the motivation for hard work and innovation, and a positive and enterprising attitude towards life, making the entire team more cohesive and centripetal. I believe: with such a team that dares to innovate and is full of vitality charging forward, Huanchengxin's future will be even better!

Ten years of ups and downs, a fresh start. The past ten years have been a decade of rooting, survival and growth for Huanchengxin, and the next ten years will be a decade of self-realization for Huanchengxin. On the occasion of its tenth anniversary, Huanchengxin overcame resistance and reformed, completing the reconstruction in terms of corporate strategy, organizational structure, business ecology, etc. Starting again, Huanchengxin is not afraid of wind and rain! Let us work together to look forward to the next more glorious decade!
